Electro Hydraulic Scissor Lift CW4
Electro hydraulic Scissor Lift with ball transfer table integrated into a packaging line. Packing Bench on right holds packing supplies.
After cartons are filled they are moved across ball transfer table to bander where they are sealed. Larger units are transferred from carts via the scissor lift and no excessive handling or lifting is required.
Finally after banding units are conveyed to a retractable conveyor which expands when needed and retracts (collapses) when not required.

The ultimate pallet storage rack system, this system stores pallets in a 2 deep and 3 deep configuration, that means it is super dense way of storing your pallets and utilizing the max square footage you have to operate in. Your 1st pallet is placed on the rack and gets staged in the 1st position, once the 2nd pallet is brought to the 1st position it pushes the 1st pallet to the 2nd position on a carrier that rides on a rail system with wheels. The particular system for sale has (198) 3 Deep positions, and (130) 2 Deep positions. Both are 3 levels high, and height can be cut to fit your height allowances based on ceiling and forklift max height capabilities. palletizing, unitizing, bundling, carton closure and reinforcement. It resists splitting and has a smooth, uniform surface so it performs reliably in power strapping machines and hand tools.
Contrax strapping has “elastic memory” which absorbs shock and keeps strapping tight during handling and shipping.
